For those who are ICAP/4 end-users, you should have up-to-date maintenance in order use models requested from this free modeling service. If you don't own Intusoft's products, you can use our free demo at: http://www.intusoft.com/demos.htm to prepare any additional material, such as a test schematic. If you are using this demo version, please mark the appropriate check box below so we can ensure your validation schematic works. This is because the demo software version is normally restricted in simulation design size.
Please note the following considerations for requesting models:
1. A model request form must be filled out for not more than one model per form

Model requests are limited to two per inquirer and per company. Intusoft strives to furnish requested models free of charge. However, it is to Intusoft’s discretion to charge for models requiring a lengthy amount of development time for construction. A model request estimate, including time and cost, will first be given to an inquirer in such a case. More than two free models may also be considered on a cost basis.

Greater than two models can be requested for free construction, however the scheduling of the models shall be entirely at the discretion of Intusoft. Also, such models will not necessarily be completed, and if so, not by any specific time.

This Modeling Request Form (MRF) provides a means to request free software model development from Intusoft.
The MRF does not guarantee completion of a model for use, but establishes the necessary inputs for Intusoft to attempt a model's completed development. A MRF must be accompanied with a datasheet, as well as test and applications notes, all provided as a link prescribed on this form, or by providing a hard copy that Intusoft can access. If there is no data sheet or application note, you must supply equivalent information by email to: modelrequest@intusoft.com. This service is primarily designed to accommodate engineers; its focus is not to service model requests from IC manufacturers or EDA dealers.

In return, a Model Request Estimate (MRE) is issued as a formal reply to the MRF, and will follow by email within 48 hours. The MRE indicates the feasibility of creating the requested model, estimated development time, and other conditions affecting model creation. Intusoft reserves all rights to the model by way of copyright, and it will be included in Intusoft's model libraries for resale.
